Our Baby This Week

Our baby is nearly an inch long — about the size of a grape — and weighs just a fraction of an ounce. Our baby is starting to look more and more human with the essential body parts accounted for, though they'll go through plenty of fine-tuning in the coming months. Other changes abound: Our baby's heart finished dividing into four chambers, and the valves start to form — as do tiny teeth. Our baby's organs, muscles, and nerves are kicking into gear. The external sex organs are there but won't be distinguishable as male or female for another few weeks.

Congratulations! I haven't had a chance to get on here and tell you. But I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to copy you -) lol. I want to put the thing about our baby this week too. Have you been to the Dr. yet?
